Transferability of WSOP seat

I haven't won or bought a seat to WSOP, but are they transferable? Example: if I win a seat via Party Poker satellite, could I sell the package to someone else? Just curious.

Thanks for the link. Yeah, I've even heard people talk about selling seats on eBay. But that's all hearsay.
