Hand 1: I think pf raise is fine. I also think that you could very well have 15 outs, and there's enough dead chips in the middle to call here.

Hand 2: 1. I re reraise substantially preflop (trying to get as much in the middle as I can). If it's cold called, I may push this flop (depending on how much is in the middle). As it's played, I lead out half pot on the flop to get an idea of where I stand.
