Re: Value betting bottom pair OOP...
So he could definitely fold to a bet, but won't raise and conveniently let us know that he's holding T5o for the full house. However, we don't have to fear paying an extra BB to see the river card.
In that case, I like this bet if it is the last money we're putting in UI. If we're called here, I think I check/fold the river, given that opponent is capable of laying nothing down, and we only beat nothing. |

Hey jaran,
Can we see the river? I really like the turn bet against this opponent by the way. |

Re: Value betting bottom pair OOP...
Like it.
You are probably ahead and villain will often not give you credit for the t and call with A high. If behind - there is outs. |

Re: Value betting bottom pair OOP...
Seems like a standard value bet. You might be ahead, you have some fold equity, (albeit only a little) and you have plenty of outs if you're behind.

Re: Value betting bottom pair OOP...
In my experience, shortstacked players are more likely to call bets than fold.

Re: Value betting bottom pair OOP...
I'd do it. Short stacks seem to be easily put all in with anything.
