Default 3/6 absolute, couple hands against a LAG

Here are a couple hands I just played that left me very confused. Both hands were played 6-handed.

Villain's stats are 63/28/1 through 68 hands. He seems to call with almost anything and will almost always bet if checked to. I had difficulty determining what his raises meant, but I had seen him raise with a weak draw.

Should I be folding these hands? Also, should I fold the turn in Hand 1 if the Villain bets? Should I bother betting the turn in Hand 2?

Hand 1:
I raise UTG with AJo, Villain cold calls, 3 folds, BB calls.

Flop:10h 8d 2c
BB checks, I bet, Villain raises, BB folds, I call

Turn: Kc
I check, Villain checks

River: 2c
I check, Villain bets, I...?

Hand 2
UTG limps, I raise in the CO with AQo, Villain calls, 2 folds, UTG calls.

Flop:10h 8s 5d
UTG checks, I bet, Villain calls, UTG folds.

Turn: 2h
I bet, Villain calls.

River: 9c
I check, Villain bets, I...?

call both hands. All you have to do to is consider the odds that you have the best hand. I'm sure you'll win at least 20% of the time in both of these.

The first one is close but i would fold it. Without a read i dont think he raises with less then A-high. Perhaps if hes putting you on overs but that seems like a bit to much thinking on his part.

The second one is an easy call.

You're playing a 63/25 who almost always bets if checked to, why are you considering a fold? I think the call in hand 2 is closer to a fold. That raggy hand uncoordinated hand is much more friendly to us in hand 1, even if he's raising the flop.
