Structure for Fixed-Limit Tourney

For a change of pace, we're going to do a fixed-limit tourney (instead of NLHE tourney) for our monthly home game tomorrow. Usually there are 8-12 people there, and we allow rebuys for first hour.

Can someone suggest a structure for a ~4 hour tourney?
