I changed my mind. I think the fold is a better play. I missed the PF raise. While he could be doing this with two overs, he also could very easily have a higher PP, especially in the face of your resistance.

I don't really like the raise amount on the flop. I think I raise to $4. He is still not getting odds to call if he just has overs and if he comes over the top you can lay down more easily. I think it would be pretty rare to see someone come over the top with a hand worse than nines here but you are pretty PCed the way you played it.
