Opinions? I haven't had one in a long time, but i'm tired of the usual, and i like cheese...

they have one at california pizza kicthen. my gf is from new york and apparently it's popular there.

A combination of Mozzarella, Fontina, Ricotta, Parmesan and
Pecorino Romano cheeses with fresh sautéed spinach and garlic. With applewood smoked bacon.

i believe the big points are white cheese, no tomato sauce.

yep. You can get them with clams as well. I got a medium, thin crust, with onions. Forgot about the bacon [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

White Pizza typically has no (or very, very little) Sauce, just cheese and seasoning like garlic.

I think the toppings are mine...and this definitely isn't something I'd order often..its been years....hopefully its good though...plus, its bruiser-safe...

i had it when i visited my brother's college by accident (i wanted real pizza) and it was very good.
