Just the other day I felt like I needed to buy useless stuff with my money as well.
I opted to pick up some dvds and it was well worth the money.





I also like the idea of buying a very nice and expensive watch. God I love watches.

Thread hi-jack -- My wife 86ed the idea (My daughter and I have already conspired to make it her 8th grade project). We are researching the best one to build.

My daughter selected studying the impact of exercise on heart rate. She will devise an easy activity that will elevate heart rate. The test subject's heart rate will take prior to the exercise and at timed intervals after the exercise. This will measure how long it takes for the heartbeat to return to normal. The results will be segregated by age/sex to see if there are any trends.

I will probably start a thread looking for volunteers within certian age ranges who want to help once she comes up with the methodology.
