Cowboys 12.5 over the Rams-Are the Rams w/ 12pts a good bet?

Does anyone find this spread to be unusualy large? Sure the Rams are terrible, but the Cowboys aren't worldbeaters. Plus if the redskins and csrolina wins, they have nothing to play for. The Cowboys game is at 5 with the other two are at 1. Needless to say I expect the cowboys to win, just not by 12.5.

not much betting action on either side in the early action so I have no read on what the street is thinking on this one.

rams just lost to SF at home, now they have to travel and play a team that has every motivation to beat the living crap out of the league's WORST points defense (and get some outside help on top of that).

12.5 is not a key number, so wait and buy closer to 14 or 10, whichever comes first.

It seems to me that the line will move down rapidly Sunday afternoon when either the Redskins or Carolina wins and Dallas is no longer playing for anything.

True they did lose to the 49ers but the rams tend to play to there oppenent. So they will play up to the level of the Cowboys. Plus if the Redskins and Carolina both win I would have to think the Rams can win.
