1. Max-raise. I see what JM is talking about, but I max-raise that every time.

2. I'd have played faster PF, but as it stands, looks like you have to keep coming. Perhaps even a raise is called for.

I would fold the A2J6 on the flop. On the turn you can't fold because unlike on the flop, you actually have a draw to the high half of the pot. Never say never with any opponent. No matter what he has on the flop, he will be ahead with his cards for high, and with nothing reasonable to draw to high, that's an easy fold. On the turn your hand changes, especially if now you say he has no A2. Easy call.
