Default Simple Chart for Outs?

I now have by my computer a chart which I took from some book a while back, which allows you to simply look up how much money needs to be in the top for you to be able to properly call a bet. I do not recall which book I copied this from but am wondering about the reliability of it’s data and if anyone has seen or uses such a chart. Below is a sample.

The COST of the final card is at the top while the number of OUTS is to the left. You simply see how many outs you have to a win, check how much $$ you will need to call…and see if what is in the pot meets or exceeds the corresponding ammount in the table. I thought it might be handy for multi-tabling. Having never seen such a table before, I was wondering if anyone else has and if these numbers seem reliable?

Cost of Final Card
OUTS $1 $2 $3 $4 $5
1 46 92 138 184 120
2 23 46 69 92 115
3 15 31 46 61 77
4 12 23 35 46 58
5 9 18 28 37 46
6 8 15 23 31 38
7 7 13 20 26 33
8 6 12 17 23 29
9 5 10 15 20 26
10 5 9 14 18 23

I like this chart, seems like it could be useful. But it needs to be drawn out a lot better - its very busy and hard to read.

Well, obviously I don't know how to format things in this UBBCode...

Actually, I have mine in a nice excel spreadsheet. One for the cost of the final card, and one for the cost of two cards.

Oddly enough, it's looks a bit off. Here are the odds.

Code:

Odds
F to T T to R F to R
Outs (1 or 2)
1 46.00 45.00 22.50
2 22.50 22.00 10.80
3 14.67 14.33 7.01
4 10.75 10.50 5.07
5 8.40 8.20 3.91
6 6.83 6.67 3.14
7 5.71 5.57 2.59
8 4.88 4.75 2.18
9 4.22 4.11 1.86
10 3.70 3.60 1.60
11 3.27 3.18 1.40
12 2.92 2.83 1.22

F to T = Flop to Turn etc. F to R odds are for one or two outs.

Odds are really simple to remember.

I think of it like this:

Outs odds
4 11:1
5 8:1
6 7:1
7 6:1
8+ Odds almost always worth a bet

So just remember this sequence of numbers:
7 outs. 6:1 odds= 76
76 67 58 411 [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

The chart is great but this is down and dirty.

Thanks guys.

So, Lost Wages...would the following then be correct. I am trying to create a simple, easy chart for multi-tabling showing how much money must be in the pot for me to call a bet with (X) outs. This example is the Turn to River...again I apologize for not knowing how to format this so it looks better. Do you spot any math errors:

OUTS. $1 $2 $3 $4
1... 45 90 135 180
2... 22 44 66 88
3... 14.3 28.6 42.9 57.2
4... 10.5 21 31.5 42
5... 8.2 16.4 24.6 32.8
6... 6.67 13.3 20 26.7
7... 5.57 11 16.6 22.1
8... 4.75 9.5 14.3 19
9... 4.11 8.22 12.3 16.4
10. 3.6 7.2 10.8 14.4

Example: for to call a $2 bet on the turn with 5 outs to nuts...there would need to be $16.40 up for grabs.
