Wheelchair Access in Vegas

I've got a question for everybody. I had a really nasty back surgery last year, and I am currently wheelchair bound. My girlfriend is really pushing for a trip to Vegas, and I wonder how accessible things are there? One thing would be casinos in general, and another would be poker rooms? Any help would be greatly appreciated.


One good thing about not being able to stand up; I should keep me away from the crap tables this time.. lol
