Just call the river, I can't see any reason to do anything else. Sometimes you'll win the showdown, sometimes you'll lose it.

I'd check behind on the turn, I'm not real thrilled with this hand at that point, I just want to get to showdown cheaply if possible.

Pretty read dependent, but I default to fold. I think he has you beat there more often than not. You have a respectable number of chips if you fold. And I don't think many other hands take his line.

At the 33s, I'd expect to get shown a worse two-pair a decent amount of the time.

I usually fold this preflop in a $33...a bit too far off the button for my tastes for AJ offsuit. Ok raising is fine though. The flop bet is fine. The turn you can consider checking as pineapple said, and then calling some river bet, however betting is fine too as your opponetns call with a lot of junk.

The river is a really ugly spot and I guess you just have to go with your feel. I don't know what I'd do.

Thanks guys. RE: the turn bet, I figure he's calling with a worse Ace a good portion of the time, and I want to discourage any free cards to any draws out there.

I called and villian turned over QsTs for the straight. With both straight and flush draws, his plays make sense I guess. There was enough in the pot that I felt it was worth the call, as Ace-lowerpair shows up here, as do busted draws and even junk from time to time.
