Its straight off the SNG spreadsheet everyone seems to use. I think its in the FAQ but to be honest I've never read the FAQ.

My recent NL and 6max NL adventure had HUGE variance. I fled to the SNG's in sheer terror. I was winning insanely well and then the reverse. Good to be back home..

We have very different experiences then.
