call at least, it's less than a min raise. what the hell would he call 1/3 of his stack with though?

the converter is kind of weird, when it says call and then a number of chips they call for. A number greater than the BB it means they raised but its not a legal raise so the only option is to call the extra 2k+, fold, or raise.

Fix your converter first, but you said in your post that you think you are probably dominated. So fold.

Lets look at the options you suggest:
Fold: There is T16500 in the pot, with these odds, folding is not an option.
Raise to isolate: MP2 has 1/3 of his stack in the pot. Only a very weak player would fold to your bet with two desperate small stacks all-in.
Call: You have to play this hand, why not just call. Good things could happen. Even if MP2 raises all-in you have the stack to play and maybe win a sidepot if you don't get the main pot. MP2 may just call and check it down.
I'd call.
