Default Act II Hand

In my ongoing attempt to demostrate the low level of competition at Foxwoods' Act I & II satellites, I offer this hand.

Act II $135 + 15 single table. Top 3 places get the buy-in to the $450 super-satellite to the NEPC $5K main event.

Level II, blinds 25/50, we're 9-handed. I'm in the SB with 975. I get A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

UTG limps, UTG+1 limps, Button limps, I complete, BB checks. (pot = 250)

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I bet 150, BB folds, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, Button folds. (675)

Turn: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I bet 300, UTG calls, UTG+1 folds. (1275)

River: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I check, UTG checks and shows K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and MHIG.

I say "Wow, I didn't expect kings."
UTG "No?"
Me: "I thought you were on a flush draw"
UTG "I know."
