Default LO8 vs PLO8

I've been accumulating experience in the low limit games on Party, but it seems like there is a lot more to be made in pot limit than in limit...so I'm looking to give that a go.

Could you good people give me some pointers on the differences between the two? I have heard that, whilst limit is basically about betting the nuts hard, PL is much more positional based...but that's about it.

Oh, and what sort of bankroll would you say is right for .10/.25 blind PL games?

Thanks in advance!

At the limits you will play, position is not as important as showing the best hand. Position does not let you play bad hands, nor does being out of position mean you should fold good hands. Focus on having a hand that is better than the other players.

And...a thought about limit O8...

As you move up in levels, the game is less about making the nuts and more about figuring out how close your opponent is to the nuts.

People will fold at higher levels.
