something i really liked about HOH 2

I thought Harringtons emohasis on cooperation to take a small stack out was great. I think alot of good players do not realize how important it is to just take out the guy in third with the small stack rather than push at the big stack. With Harrington's recommendation i think thi will help tounrey play greatly. any opnions?

In tournament play this is probably the only strategy I would like every poker player to understand. Even having the worst players understanding this simple concept would be benefical to everyone.

I agree... I've always checked it down in those situations unless something really exceptional was going on, even when I was just starting to play tourneys.

Sklanskyk, in TPFAP, suggests that there are definitely times to NOT check it down, if I recall.
