Yes you do.
Try smoking something other than oregano, or try it more than once. Inhaling also helps.

just take little hits... don't let your buddies talk you into taking the hugest hit of your life everytime. All you'll end up doing is coughing a lot and getting a sore throat.

small hits is my advice, then you will get high.
