Two really stupid administrative questions about WSOPME Day 2

Hi, I'm dumb.

Does Day 2 start at 11am or Noon?

and people say seating assignments are posted. Are they online in any way, or are they posted at the rio? if at the rio, where exactly?

I'll take a stab, but I'll assume they'll start again at 11am since they'll have about 1900-2000 left. I haven't seen a site that has shown seat assignments, I'm sure the Rio staff has it set up, but just need to way for Day 1c to finish to plug in the gaps.
