Bet 365 Sign up + Promotion

I joined Bet365 earlier this month. I have understood that I'm entitled to both the $100 Bonanza and a $50 sign up. Is that right? If so, how do I claim, should I claim the sign up first with an emial after 250 raked and then the other $100 after another 500 hands?

Hmm, didnt work like this for me im afraid.

It seems i got given $100 for "opening account bonus" and missed the november reload.

So rather than the $150 i expected, i got given the $100.

So you may get $200... Or $150. I'm awaitng a response from support as im confused as to why i was given $100 instead of $50 or $150.
