Is this a good spot to be raising AQo?

Should I be making a turn bet here? I'd hate to be check-raised when I could have seen the river for free with a pretty solid hand.




About 5 hands ago EP villain check-called flop and turn with a straight draw, then bluffed on the river when he missed his straight and I called him with 3rd pair.
