You could raise the flop for value (especially if you knew the BB would come along), but not the turn. On the turn, if you raise, and the BB is not coming along, you would only be getting even money on your raise (2:1 if BB does call) and you would not like to get 3-bet. Seems to me like you are definately behind on the flop after the donk bet into you as the PFR. You have IMO about 12.5 outs here slightly discounting the Js for straight possibility and you will not improve your hand enough to make the turn raise profitable.

I think villian's b/f on the river is very interesting as I would of expected him to call down. Do you have any reads on him.

*edit : forgot to mention that raising the flop could also buy you a free card if you needed it
