very early in a 20, no reads

If you feel like gamblin why not..... but we assume your one of the better players so chips early on dont mean as much later, where you can double up.....

No.

This is one of those rare cases where folding QQ is correct at the 22s. The AK is of course an easy fold.

Edit: oops, didn't see we were the BB. That makes things closer since there is only one all-in in front of us, but I still probably fold the queens.

I completely disagree. You see this happening with 88, 99, TT, JJ and AQ all the time at the 22s.

I'm all in with QQ here.

Yeah, I misread the OP and thought there were two all-ins in front of us. That makes things a lot closer. However, with no read, I think it's still a tough call to make this early.
