How many ways did I play this wrong - WOW!!!

This was just the tip of the iceberg tonight.

All players were pretty unknown. I feel I was MAYBE loose preflop but I knew I could get some good numbers in the pot by raising.

Then when the cards started hitting I was real worried about a straigt - YET - I pressed on.

I don't have a clue what you mean - It was a serious question. should I have been so aggressive? should I have been more worried about that straight - should I have been IN the hand, should I have played it differently.

The only thing debateable is PF, and maybe you knew this would get to be 4 or 5 handed on the flop, so the call is marginal.

What else were you going to do? Check-fold the river?

Remember - I am posting in - it's 2 bets to me with perhaps 5 callers to capping it.

I had it figured to be a pot of 15+ bets preflop once it was all said and done.

2 bets to be in a 15 bet pot ain't bad.

Don't include results on your HH posts. They will skew the commentary (I didn't look at them, anyway).

You cannot cold-call a preflop 3-bet with 66, unless you know for a fact that the raiser & re-raiser are both full of it. Even then it's iffy. If you're going to stay in this one (which you shouldn't, but if you are) you should at least have capped it to give the button a little more incentive to fold & maybe even scare away MP2 & MP3 if they miss the flop with overs or a medium pair. But anyway, fold preflop.

Yes, cap the flop when you hit your set. Bet the turn. Bet the river when your turn bet isn't raised.

Looking at the results now, you should feel very fortunate that you didn't lose more money on this hand.
