Default Can i call this river?

Every time i have raised villain has called flop bet. Sometimes he calls turn bet and folds to river bet. Haven't seen him bet out since i've been at the table.

I could also be read as having been on tilt because i just lost $100 with KK v. AA like 3 or 4 hands ago on this table.

He'd have to be pretty insane to do that without a boat. You PFR'd, and have been betting like you have a nice Ace all along. You could have AQ/AJ very easily here and he still does this. It's a big overbet, I have to give him credit and reluctantly fold. You're not good here enough times to call.

I've been burned in the past by villains who check-call the flop and turn, then overbet the pot on the river. The only hands you're ahead of here are AT-A4 or A2, and I think its pretty doubtful he'll play those so passively until the river. Expect 33, AQ, AJ a majority of the time, and QQ or JJ or a weaker ace sometimes.

As such, its a fold. Not a pleasant fold, but a good one.
