Why Isn't 4/8 offered?

Does anyone know why Party & Absolute don't offer a 4/8 limit? It jumps from 3/6 to 5/10 at all the sites I've looked at.

This isn't really much of a jump. More questionable is why most sites don't offer anything between 5/10 and 10/20.

Or why they still have a 2/3rds blind structure for games like $15/30 when they could just as easily make it $7.5/$15 blinds

In omaha at 15/30 party uses a $7 SB.
