I agree. I think we could let this go if a passive player were doing the raising, but villain in this hand is very aggressive, and over-aggressive LAGs love to bluff at 1) paired boards and 2) flush boards.

Villain knows this board is probably scary for us. Sometimes he'll have a K and every once in a blue moon he'll have flopped a flush, but more often he'll just have a flush draw or he's taking a shot.

At the absolute minimum I am seeing the turn and probably calling down if the flush doesn't come in. It seems like a decent alternative line would be to donk a safe-looking turn and see how villain responds. This particular villain is over-aggressive but not to the point of being maniacal, so if he raises the turn you could probably dump your hand at that point at save a BB relative to calling down. More often, though, I just go for the calldown.
