Default TT against a (semi) LAG

I hope you can take the time to walk with my in this hand step by step. It's party $2-$4 limit.

I'm at this table for an hour or so and losing quite a bit. Not only at this table, but on a second also, and this has been going on for a couple of days. It's obvious I am not playing the best poker I can, whatever that may mean.

Villain is a total LAG preflop and has raised the last 15 or so hands in a row. Postflop however I've seen him shut down a couple of times. Unfortunately, I do not have position on him.

Villain opens in UTG+2, folded to me in the SB with two black tens. I'm sure this is an obvious 3bet. However, I called (comments?).

Flop 479 all clubs.
