Default fear the limper

10-20 home game 6 people playing at this point,
UTG limps, he is a good, tight not all too agressive
player, and this is the first time I have ever seen him limp in EP.
I am UTG+1 with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], so I raise.
folded back UTG, who only calls.
flop is K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG checks, I bet, he raises.
turn is the 3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
He bets I call
river is T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
He bets, I raise, He 3 bets I call

Default Re: fear the limper

DCM,

I would have played this hand differently. With this flop I would just call my opponent (a good, solid player) down after he check-raises. I would be worried about him holding the nut flush (something like AJs) or perhaps 77. Your opponent undoubtedly has put you on having at least TPTK and he can beat that (which means he can beat your Aces).
