Barber VS Westbrook

Who would you start this week in a league where you only get points for TDs and 100 YDS. WESTBROOK or BARBER?

If Barber's healthy, then Barber. I have both on my team too, but I'm starting both. Westbrook rarely runs for 100 yds and hasn't scored a TD in several weeks.
