On most sites that I've played on the fold button is on the left.

Raising 99 UTG+1 in a full ring game is like flushing chips down the toilet.

Maybe someone can help me out with the odds here, but you're going to see overcards to your 99 on the flop >50% of the time, you're out of position, and even if the flop comes 8 high, you can't be confident in your low overpair. I would prefer a limp.

It's PL 100. I raised 3.5 the big blind.

Not to mention that if a set hits you're missing out on a lot of money from 1 pairs or weak overpairs who you've scared quite nicely with your EP raise.

If I've scared them that much, then I should be able to take down the pot with a simple continuation bet, correct? They're terrified of me.

I too do not like the preflop raise. From MP I think it is okay, but from EP your hand just is not strong enough to raise IMO.
As for the flop... lay this down. You say yourself that MP1 raises only 2% of his hands, and he has already raised over a raise and a reraise. Do you really think he does this and then bets the flop hard with AK/AQ? I don't.
