Agreed. I would expect you to be facing an overpair seldom but would be facing slick often and an underpair often. I have seen pushes with "good" hands much more often than with trash. I don't understand it but I have seen a push with AA or KK but then I don't understand a push at this point in a hand.

no, the level of donk-ness can be around the same. Only at the lower buy-ins the quantity is higher
