Default IP Address Masking

My new ISP has a semi-static IP address. This is contrary to what I was told before signing up but it's cable and it's cheap and it really screams.

I now need to mask the IP address in some situations. Does anyone have experience with this? Will most poker sites accept your connection if your IP address is masked? I'd bet that Neteller would raise a stink.

Thanks in advance for your constructive comments and ideas.

Maybe he signed up everyone in his family so he could abuse the bonus system.

Actually, I doubt it, what kind of idiot would do that?

I am not asking why you want to do this, but you can use public proxy servers..

It's not like 2 + 2'rs are above creating gnome accounts. You think there is a higher quality of bonus whores here than anyhwhere else?

not worth asking. he will lie and tell you it is for gnome accounts.

OP has "proof" that online poker is rigged, but for a year or more he won't state his proof.

IMO, his proof is that he is a whack-job that can't play poker worth a damn and blames his losses on the cards being rigged.

then, he claimed (despite the rigging) that he had a dozens of sessions without a loss, but later we found out that this included rakeback. what is a person doing playing if they think the rig is in anyway?!?

point is, he's full of bullshit. i have no doubt that he asked this question (which he has asked before), because he is a cheat. imo, gnome accts are as bad as cheating, but that's for another thread.

Unless you have control over the routing tables in the upstream devices, and are 'masking' to a routable IP address that only you can own, no.

An IP address is not like spoofing an e-mail address, or spoofing a caller-ID display. It is actually how the little 0's and 1's know how to get to your computer. The only way to 'spoof' it is if you give it a different, legitimate address.

A fine list of grievances.

Of all the things I've done you can not include this one: Pissed away $10K in a couple hours.

Still LOL!
