CO seems entirely average in terms of looseness and aggressiveness.

CO raises, I am the only caller in the BB with ATo. Flop is J55. I check with the intention of raising, co checks.

Turn is another J. I check, co bets, I raise.

I like the idea of checkraising the flop, as you may even have the best hand here, and if the villain has a better hand like AJ,AQ,AK, you are putting alot of pressure on him to fold the flop or turn unimproved. But once you check the flop and your opponent checks behind I think you should check and fold the turn vs many players. Notice that its heads up and its a paired board. Anybody who raises preflop will bet this flop every time no matter what they have(this is why your flop checkraise idea is a good one) yet your opponent checked the flop. Believe it or not, the villains check on this flop shows alot more strength than a bet!! It looks to me like the villain is trying to trap you, so check and fold and get out right away. But if you still feel compelled to make a play for the pot on the turn, barron is right, your better off betting out and investing one BB to try to win this pot than checkraising and investing 2BB, plus if you are still ahead at this point, the villain may check behind on the turn and take a free card to beat you on the river

I don't know about betting the turn because it's likely the PFR will call with any Ax, a J, or a 5. Assuming a blank river, then what?

I don't think a check-fold is preposterous here unless PFR frequently checks through missed flops. Another line I can see is the check-call, check-call line, as you might get K/Q high betting hoping you fold A high.
