Default Preflop BB question

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, MP calls, CO calls, Button calls, SB completes, Hero...?

Checks or raises? Very very loose passive table. Table VPIP with about 20 hands on everyone is 70%.

I, and I think you, would raise ATs against an average lineup of donks, they seem extra bad so I can definitely see value in raising here. I could be missing something though.
