Default The \"I check\" tell in live daily tournaments

I noticed that when someone says "I check" or otherwise makes a strong gesture or statement to indicate they are checking, they are often playing for a checkraise.

I play live 1-2 times a week, like it to be more but I travel for work.

I try and keep a very close eye on making the same betting movements, phrases, etc when I play. I doubt many would pick up on it but those that do, would use it well. I know I've picked up a ton about the "regulars" I play with and it's certainly paid off.

I've noted the opposite. Check raisers usually make an almost unnoticeable finger tap check without saying anything and the guys who are begging you not to bet will slap the table hard and say "I check".
