At what level of Sitngo do raises/reraise get respect at party

I play 50s at both Party and Stars.

I would summarise the weakness of players on both sites thus:

Party: Call far to often.
Stars: Fold to often.

Well this is how I adjust my play to either site.

As regards Party is there a level at which raises and reraises get the same respect as they would at a 50 at stars.
