easy tourn question

i have 13k blinds 3200-1600 no antes , im in the sb have k8s bb has 15k after posting and is a bit of a gambler plays all aces regardless of position. Everyone folds to me , what option is best?

A) go allin

b) raise 3200 and possibly go allin on flop

c) flat call

its a 5k tourn and we are in the money but no increase for 5 or 6 more elimnations.

a3 hit a gut to beat, figureded i was right just wanted to consider options small bet and allin ace high prob calls flop anyway
