Default Best places to eat at vegas

Hi,
I know there are posts peppered here and there on decent buffets and brazilian rodizio, but I wanted to post a thread asking strictly about what people feel are the best places to eat Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (and why). I'll be there Friday evening and all through Saturday. If possible, it'd be great if you put the placee's name in the header of the reply.

Thanks

If you don't mind paying, the best restaurants in Vegas (for dinner) are the following:

Spago's (Caesar's Palace)
Postrio (Venetian)
Le Cirque (Bellagio)
PRIME (Bellagio)
Aureole (Mandalay Bay)

Good list... but there are actually more places primarily at the Bellagio and at the Wynn, you can't go wrong at any of the restaurants in either casino. I also recommend Fiamma at MGM, its a favorite of mine here in NYC.

You can't beat the food or the view from the Top of the World restaurant at the top of the Stratosphere Tower.

I have had few meals better than Craftsteak at the MGM. I thought it was better than Delmonico.

Some of the chain imports from other cities such as Lawry's and Morton's are excellent.

If you are looking for buffets, Bellagio, while pricey, is excellent. Mmm...crab legs. The Rio's Grand Carnivale World Buffet is a great deal for your non-crab leg buffet fare.

Prime in the Bellagio , seriously worth the money, and wear a something real nice. Look to spend at least over 50$ a head.
