Default Overplayed my flushdraw and position?

Villain is 40VP$IP/15% PFR and has been playing that loose-agg for a long time, but normaly folded to a reraise when he didnt have anything decent, so he was not a maniac.

The play on the flop was pretty standard, but I'd fold to the re-raise since he probably put you on the hand you had and didn't want you to draw out on him. You don't have the odds to call.

Hmmmm. 9 flush cards plus a backdoor straight draw, we'll call it 9.5 outs, twice.

Hero has to call $35 to win $61, or he needs to have 35/96 or 36.4% pot equity -- it is very close, but he does have the odds. Amazingly enough, it is the backdoor straight that pushes him over in the odds.
