"Yes Mr. Member of the Gaming Board. For some reason, this Jerry fellow, I'm not quite sure he's on the up and up. He is keeping certain players out of certain games with no explanation. Our fear is he is running a collusion ring, and does not want to be caught. Could you check into something like that?"

I'm sorry for all the random caps locked but I did it to emphasize the especially ridiculous nature of this whole fiasco.

Oh. I thought it was to emphasize the parts where you suck at spelling words that are supposed to start with "A".

Yeh there all idiots, true story. Mike, Dave, I know you guys are really fired up about this and I am sure Jay is too but I would spend your engery elsewhere. I dont think you could ever win.

I actualy heard rumors about Dave and Jay colluding in the 30 game, last summer they would always come in late at night and play shorthanded, and I heard people whisper about it. I'm sure its not true but whatever.

Blake and Andy were accused of colluding once. Chris and Kirby I think have been accused in LA 2 or 3 times. I dont know its obviously stupid but Jerry will never change his mind, the only option if you want to pursue is go to the gaming board. I think this would be a waste of time though, why would they ever want to cross Canterbury? I hate that place. After they fired Tim, I gave up on liking any authority figure. Especialy Mr. Fuller.

Wow. The idea that the floor is not allowing two people to play together because of collusion worries, yet is allowing them to play at their room, is crazy.

i think the older 30/60 players at canterbury should get a representative or something on this forum, as they are made to look very bad in all the stories. is it that none of them can afford a computer?

C'mon, this is America! Do what everyone does, hire a lawyer!!

Seriously, the is a pretty cut and dried case of slander and defamation of character. The way Canterbury has handled this is certainly actionable. Even better if several of you pool your resources the cash involved to get the casino's attention could be minimal - It could just take a sternly worded letter from an attorney to make them see sense. Cc'd to the gaming commission of course....
