I may have told this story before, but I'll tell it again just in case...

This guy who called for "time" while UTG in 2-4 obviously had a lot of REALLY important decisions to make in the (TWO-FOUR) game. So a few hands after the "time" incident...

There's a raise UTG and a reraise 2nd UTG. Time boy INSTA calls. Three take the flop, which is queen high rainbow rags (no hearts). Bet, raise, time boy calls, reraise, reraise, calls again. Turn rag, bet, raise, time boy calls again. River rag. Bet, call, time boy calls. Well it wasn't too surprising to see the first two dudes show down AA and KK, but when time boy shows down Qh3h I nearly spit milk out of my nose trying not to laugh.

If you'll insta-call three bets cold with Q3s, what hands are such a close decision that you call for time when it's only one bet to you?

I wish I was that good. But you just can't learn something like that from books. It has to be ingrained in you from birth.

I was drinking coffee as I was reading this, and nearly spit hot coffee out my nose. Good one!

The only time I have ever lost my cards was in a home game while cisisint my mother. Some 80 year old man (not an exageration, my mother lives in a reitement community) collected my up cards becasue he coudln't see or hear and was picking up the cards to deal the next hand while we were still playing the current hand.

Why do you come on this forum time and again just to ridicule and belittle players you deal to?

Weren't you all indignant in some other thread about how important tipping the dealer is? I would never want to tip a dealer who is badmouthing me behind my back once his or her shift is over. Thanks to you, this is the impression I now have of dealers.

you could "have that impression of dealers" or you could "think" and apply that thought to the individual situation as it arises? i think that would probably be a better way to do it.

Well, I think we now know who the poser was wearing the gray hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses, while he called out "time" in the big $2-$4 limit game last week...
