Default QQ 6-max

no reads yet (except CO is maniac), just looking for a quick review. WA/WB i think.

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Most likely way behind. I don't often see people represent something other than the ace in a mult way pot. Unless I had reason to believe otherwise I would likely call the raise and fold the turn UI.

yeah, these tables are full of fishes and maniacs but ace rag is very popular. are you saying if i don't hit my 2-outer i check/fold?

Call flop and fold turn UI. You are up against an ace 90% of the time here. People at .50/1 usually dont make moves, they normally have what they are representing (in my experience). Calling down seems like a mistake to me, although it would be correct at higher limits.

Agree with other posters that he probably has an Ace, hate to lay it down, but it's the right move.

I think calling and folding the turn UI is a waste of almost an entire SB. Either fold to the flop raise, or call it down. No "image saving" play is worth an SB in this circumstance (he doesn't know you have QQ) and you hit your 2-outer only 5% of the time on the turn. Just fold; or call down; but don't call the raise and ck-fold the turn.
