Default Minimizing taxes paid on poker winnings

Yes, another taxes related post, ugh!

A few questions -- has anyone formed a company and played reported all poker winnings under the company name? That way you could deduct all equipment, even the house payment, etc.

Any other possible ways to minimize or reduce taxes payed.

BTW, what % of the winnings do you pay to the IRS, and does how much I make in my other job affect this percentage?

I will confer with my accountant this week, just wanted to get 2+2 opinions and experiences.

Thanks

Mizzles
