Comps/Casino Hosts
I am a green-chip blackjack and craps player in casinos and I have had a very good host at one of the Caesars Entertainment properties in Vegas. She's treated me very well until the past few weeks. I have been trying to make contact with her but she's ignoring my emails and voice mails. I'm obviously looking for someplace new to play. As I said, I'm a green-chip player, not a whale but above the quarter slots. If you know of a good place either on the Strip or convenient to it, please PM me with some info including a host's name if you have it.

Re: Comps/Casino Hosts
not all vegas properties have the same blackjack and craps conditions and odds. you should pick the property you want to play at first, THEN ask for a host once you get there.
green chip wagering in these games is fairly commonplace unless you are spreading bets widely. because of the wide difference in house edge, a quarter slots player would actually earn the casino MORE money per hour in theory than you would. |

Re: Comps/Casino Hosts
Caesars was just acquired by Harrah's, so things are in turmoil at the newly acquired properties - I don't mean to offend you, but your action isn't really high enough to draw that much attention from the hosts during these tumultuous times at these huge conglomerates - your action would be much more appreciated at one of the off-strip or lower strip properties (Stardust, Golden Nugget, Imperial Palace, Sahara, Tropicana, and Barbary Coast all come to mind)

Re: Comps/Casino Hosts
No offense taken, I understand what you're saying. I didn't realize that merger was so imminent. I just didn't like the feeling I got being ignored. Just a quick phone call would've made me feel better that's all.
