Who banned Nir?

I didn't ban him, but I was going to. He sent me unsolicited spam about signing up with rakeback at Party. If he is going to send ME PM spam, there's no telling how many other people he sent PMs to. Given my stance on Party rakeback and the fact that I'm a A/R mod, I think I rank pretty high up there on the list of people not to send spam to.

I guess I should keep a list of those I ban (which is few) and the reason. I would definately think you should [censored], since you use a more scorched Earth approach. (Not trying to tell you how to mod -- just a friendly suggestion.)

[censored] actually does keep a log of those who incur his wrath in his OOT sticky. Other mods haven't been logging who we ban because usually it's for a good cause. If there's dispute, or if the banned person PM's another mod about it, we can discuss it in here like gentlemen.

Yeah he's been IMing me about it too.. it's really annoying and I've blocked him from AIM for now.
