I was button on that hand. I was really proud of that call (bash away).

Put him on a complete move with no pair.

I called because I WAS going to fold since I didn't want to lose $400 with AJo even though I stongly felt I had the best hand.

I'm taking all the EV I can get right?

And no this is not typical at the 400's. Maybe on the weekends, but rarely.

edit - I think you really meant by typical was 'what the hell were these people doing'

Why did you think he was making a move? You'd have to be damn confident in your read to call off $400 with AJ.

I'd surely make this call if the other guy flashed J2. I don't think "never" is a great word to use.
