Good where to play thread? Stars vs Party etc?

I'm sure there is one out there? I can't seem to dig it up in the search and am new to this forum.

Otherwise, I'm looking to 4 table 100-200 NL games and wondering if I should play stars or party. I notice that parties blinds are higher than stars which would seem to penalize the patient. Not sure if this is critical?

Anyway have any tips or pointers to good threads.
