Stupid Question/Post i can't get rid off

Somehow i've got a post at the beginning of the forum that pops up first every time i log on to the internet gambling forum. It has the little stick pin icon beside it. I've looked everywhere to turn it off but i can't figure it out. I must be more stupid than i thought. Can someone tell me how to get rid of this? It's slightly annoying. Thanks.

It's a sticky so you can't get rid of it.
